Logitech G PRO Racing Wheel vs Fanatec ClubSport DD+
899.99 euros for 11 Nm at Logitech, 799.95 euros for 18 Nm at Fanatec. Here the more expensive base is the less powerful one, which calls for an explanation.
Logitech sells its PRO Racing Wheel with a console licence and mass-market retail distribution, two things Fanatec does not offer to the same degree. The trade-off is a narrow ecosystem: the Logitech quick release does not take other brands' wheels, and the brand's rim catalogue can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Fanatec opens onto QR2 and fifteen years of accessories.
At this price level, the reasoning changes. Nobody buys an 800 or 900 euro base to keep it on its own: you are buying the start of a collection. The number of available wheels therefore weighs at least as much as the seven newton-metre gap.

Verdict
Choose the ClubSport DD+ for almost every PC use, and if you plan to expand your setup. More torque, a lower price, and a catalogue with no equal.
Choose the PRO Racing Wheel if Logitech's console compatibility matches your platform, or if local after-sales service counts in your decision.
